Daniel Duyvelshoff

BIOGRAPHY AND EDUCATION

Daniel Duyvelshoff has been working in Family Law for many years. He completed his articles in April 2020 at a small family law and child protection firm in Ottawa where he gained excellent experience dealing with people in crises and helping them resolve their issues. He then worked at a midsize downtown Ottawa firm where he honed his skills before joining RPB Family Law PC in July 2021. His ability to relate to an individual’s concerns and provide tailored solutions has proved to be an asset for all of his clients.

Daniel obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law and graduated cum laude. He was also an active member of the school community including being an executive in the Family Law in Practice group, winning Second Best Overall Team at the Walsh Family Law Moot, and participating in the law school’s rendition of Mamma Mia! Prior to law school, he attended Western University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Media, Information, and Technoculture and Fanshawe College where he graduated from the Television Broadcasting program.

When not in the office, Daniel enjoys catching up on the latest films or television series, enjoying a boardgame with friends or getting too competitive with Ultimate Frisbee.
